One of the things that I struggled with when I first started on the paleo diet is coming up with new dishes to make for myself. With no restrictions on your food intake you obviously can make whatever you want. Not only that, you grow accustom to certain dishes that you’re good at (and more importantly are easy ) making.
With the paleolithic diet, it is more challenging. Finding paleolithic diet recipes, however, is just a matter of doing some research. I will begin posting some of my recipes here on this blog individually, but there are many sites that offer a litany of paleolithic diet recipes for you to try. One of my favorite sites comes from the Paleo Lifestyle blog. Let me know if you find some favorites.
